Conflicts through the Influence of Evaluation and Judgment

Conflicts through the influence of evaluation and judgment may occur in the wake of a wrong evaluation or a judgment upon a situation by a court, a government, people etc. Conflicts through the influence of evaluation and judgment may lead to loss of several lives and properties. These conflicts may be of personal, public or even international level.

Conflicts through the influence of evaluation and judgment at a personal level can be because of a court or jury, which has given its ruling and in the wake of that ruling the conflict has started instead of being resolved. Like if a person is wrongly accused in a case and the court rules against that person, the grieved party would get into a conflict with the accusing party. This may lead to armed conflict between two parties leading to the loss of property or even life(s).

Conflicts through the influence of evaluation and judgment at public level can be in the wake of court ruling in a public matter. For example if a popular public figure is given a death sentence on wrong charges, then it might even lead to a popular revolt causing a loss of several lives and property. The conflict influenced in this case might cause a great unrest in the law and order situation of that society.

Conflicts through the influence of evaluation and judgment at international level can be of a very serious nature and might even lead to a war. If a country goes to the International Court of Justice against another one in a criminal case, the ruling might lead to break-out of a war and that evaluation of the court, though correct might influence a conflict leading to a war between those countries and hence influence world peace. So evaluations and judgments may influence many conflicts.
