Conflict settlement may consist of shifting the behavior of parties in conflict without resolution of their differences.

One necessary factor in analyzing conflict is to recognize the sources. By considering what is at the back of the behavior of parties, what is inspiring them to propose their demands, what are the structures and dealings that might cause conflict?
