You are your own Teacher

Sometimes in your life you have to learn things by yourself, by doing mistakes and then learning from your own mistakes. This is called self realization and this is the best way to learn in life as you are your own teacher.

One of the phenomena is Autonomy vs shame and doubt. We often ask this question to ourselves "can i do it myself or i am reliant on the help of others?" The answer to this question lies in yourself. If you believe in yourself and your capabilities, then you are able to overcome this question otherwise you are left with sense of inadequacy and self doubt.

Another dilemma which we face in our lives is holding on vs letting go. Sometimes in life it becomes very difficult to let go of something, whether it be a thing, a person or just a feeling deep down under. You are just not able to let go of it. At this time you need to understand that if you don't let go how can the new things come up into your life. To "let go" means not to worry about the future but look forward to what might happen. Sometimes you just need to admit your powerlessness, let go and accept that the outcome is not in my hands.

All of us have been  taught in our childhood that good always wins over bad. But in real life we see situations where this doesn't happen and we wonder where are those good old days.
Actually we are sometimes not able to correctly differentiate between what is good and what is bad. Something which appears good to us may be bad for some other person. So, bottom line is never have any preconceived notions about anything. Just take life as it comes to you and live it to the fullest.
