For any one wanting to improve and willing to put in the necessary effort, agreeing a contract with yourself would be a good way to go about it. If you have some way to measure progress and are disciplined and persist, this approach could make a substantial difference in your life. There are people who are huge successes who have very unprepossessing starts in life; Oprah Winfrey is a case in point. In the act of developing a great identity, people establish for themselves, early on in life, what the meaning and significance of their life is. This identity is invariable tied to their hopes and dreams. Some individuals see life being a basically benign and also positive experience and also themselves as fundamentally acceptable.
