Time Structuring and Perception II

This technique recognizes that one is in fact in communication with the subconscious, and is based on this, rather than physical tapping on select meridian points, as with EFT.
BSFF also uses techniques like muscle-testing, borrowed from NLP, to determine if the treatment has worked or further treatment is needed.

There is an extensive protocol for treating resistance to treatment (“psychological reversal”). Both of these techniques have been found effective for conditions ranging from phobias to serious diseases. Choose one based on personal preference and use it frequently. Anyone interested in self-coaching needs to be aware of these techniques, as they speed-up the whole process enormously.

•    Withdrawal – no strokes being exchanged or rejection of all strokes.

•    Ritual – standardized series of strokes.

•    Pastimes – these can be a reward for playing a game. Eric Berne found that those playing the “alcoholic” game often enjoyed the “hangover discussion” pastime the next day.

•    Activity – can be work or sports or similar.

•    Games – a very important aspect

•    Intimacy – unconditional strokes. Perhaps the most therapeutic and a role often filled by pets.

•    First Degree – socially acceptable.

•    Second Degree – games the players would like to conceal, though they may not cause irreversible harm.

•    Third degree games can lead to great harm to one or more of the parties concerned.

There are other aspects to the study of such games and they would repay further research.
